Return Policy

📦 Return Policy – Mussé

At Mussé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, you are, of course, welcome to return it.

🔁 Return Period

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, clean, and with all original tags intact.

📬 How to Return

  1. Contact us by email to initiate your return.

  2. We will send you a QR code that you can show at the parcel shop.

  3. Once the package is scanned by the shipping company, you will receive a confirmation from us.

  4. We will refund the amount as soon as the item is on its way back to us or upon receipt — depending on our agreed process.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You will receive your money within 1–3 business days after your return has been approved.

If you would like a different size or color, we are happy to help.
